Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below.

A. BUYER

The customer who subscribes to the website or places an order. (Hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER")

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

ARTICLE 15 – (1) The BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

g) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Since Web Design, Software Licenses, Domain, Hosting, and SSL services offered by the SELLER fall within this scope, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the performance of the service has begun.
