Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Your order will be reviewed by our technical team after your payment is approved. You can request cancellation via azizemirhanozdemir@nextmedya.com or +90 (530) 021 52 91 within the first 24 hours of ordering, before the project starts. In this case, the full fee will be refunded to you.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following services are non-refundable due to their nature:
Domain name registration transactions
SSL Certificate installations
Server and Hosting rental services
Custom coded software and designs
3. REFUND FOR SERVICE FAILURE
If the service cannot be delivered or operated within the promised time due to a technical problem caused by the SELLER, the BUYER has the right to request a refund. In this case, the refund will be made to the payment card/account within 7-14 business days.
