Integration and API infrastructure that gets your systems talking to each other

We connect your ERP, CRM, e-commerce, payment, shipping, marketplace and accounting systems through an integration layer where data moves under clear rules, failures are visible, and no record is ever keyed in twice.

Integration is often treated as a plumbing exercise, but the hard part is agreement. Two systems hold the same data under different names, in different formats and on different clocks. If nobody decides which system is the source of truth for which field, the integration will technically run while no one trusts the numbers it produces. We treat an integration as a written contract covering field mapping, triggers, failure behaviour and retry rules; the code is simply that contract enforced.

Problems we solve

The business problems this work solves

  • The same data is typed in more than once

When the order lives in one system, the invoice in another and the shipping record in a third screen, you lose time on every handoff and introduce a new chance of error with each copy.

  • The numbers do not agree across systems

When stock, pricing and order data drift apart between channels, reconciliation becomes a manual job. A defined source of truth and rule-based synchronisation removes the drift.

  • Integrations fail silently

An unmonitored integration that stops running goes unnoticed, and the problem usually surfaces days later as a customer complaint. Error tracking and alerting close that gap.

  • Growth scales the operational load with it

If doubling order volume means doubling the number of people doing data entry, the system is not carrying the growth. Automation breaks that link.

Our approach

Every field gets a single source of truth

Does price belong to the ERP or the marketplace? Which system is authoritative for stock? These questions are answered in writing before development starts. No synchronisation written without that decision survives contact with production.

Failure is designed for, not treated as an exception

Third-party services time out, apply rate limits and return data you did not expect. Our integrations anticipate that: work is queued and retried, repeated calls do not create duplicate records, and anything that cannot be resolved is flagged rather than dropped.

An integration is a documented interface

Field mappings, triggers and version notes are written down and kept current. The integration never becomes a black box that only its author understands, so it stays legible and extensible as teams change.

Who it's for

Where this work makes the most difference

  • E-commerce brands selling on their own site and on marketplaces at the same time
  • Manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers running an ERP
  • Organisations operating a dealer or B2B ordering portal
  • Businesses handling shipping and accounting at high order volume
  • Companies whose data is scattered across many separate SaaS tools
  • Software companies opening their own product to third parties via an API

Capabilities

The technology and methods we work with

REST API and webhook based service connections
Integration services built with Node.js and TypeScript
Queueing, retries and duplicate-call protection
Payment infrastructure integrations such as PayTR virtual POS
Shipping, marketplace and e-invoice service connections
Structured logging and synchronisation monitoring

Process

How we work

  1. 1

    System inventory and data map

We document which systems are in use, where each piece of data lives and which steps are handled by hand today. Technical feasibility is assessed at this stage.

  2. 2

    Integration contract and field mapping

Sources of truth, field mappings, triggers, sync direction and failure behaviour are defined in writing and signed off.

  3. 3

Development and validation in a test environment

Connections are built against test environments and validated with realistic scenarios, including outages, rate limits and malformed responses.

  4. 4

    Go-live, monitoring and handover

The integration is rolled out in stages, logging and alerting are switched on, and the documentation and monitoring view are handed to your team.
